Lenders may retain information provided by Broadview Lending powered by Barrett Financial LLC during the processing of your request, regardless of whether you are ultimately approved or proceed with a loan. We are not liable for communications from lenders; you must contact the lender directly if you no longer wish to receive communications from them.

Use of Services / Options
The use of Broadview Lending powered by Barrett Financial LLC’s services is not required to obtain a residential mortgage loan. Not all available loan programs or terms are listed on our platform. Other lenders may offer different or better terms.

Lender Interest Rates
Rates quoted by lenders are subject to change unless and until a rate lock-in agreement is made between you and the lender. Broadview Lending powered by Barrett Financial LLC does not offer lock-in agreements and does not guarantee any rates.
If the lender is licensed under the Washington Mortgage Broker Practices Act, any fees paid by you for third-party services may be held in a trust account, and any leftover funds after provider payments must be refunded to you.

Loan Denial – Document Rights
If your loan is denied and you have paid for services (such as an appraisal, title report, or credit report) in full, and the lender is licensed under the Washington Mortgage Broker Practices Act, the lender must give you a copy of those documents and send originals to another lender or broker of your choice within five (5) business days of receiving a written request.
Under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), you are also entitled to receive a copy of any appraisal for which you have paid.

Loan Estimate
If your inquiry is forwarded to a participating lender, you may receive a Loan Estimate Form as required by the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and the Truth in Lending Act (TILA).
